Veterans' Agent

The Veterans' Agent is responsible for the administration of municipal veterans' benefits program, coordinating and executing Veterans' Services operations under the direction of the Board of Selectmen. The office assists and advises veterans and their dependents regarding entitled benefits under state (Chapter 115 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) and federal law, coordinating services with other partners.

The office performs administrative and social service work on behalf of veterans and their family members.

The Veterans' Agent also plans and conducts veteran ceremonial duties and events for veterans and the Town of Paxton.
