Town of Paxton Council on Aging - Outreach Coordinator
The Council on Aging's Outreach Coordinator meets with seniors, their families, or caregivers in the senior's home, in the COA office, or wherever else it may be convenient to do so to assess each individual senior's needs.
The Outreach Coordinator provides a variety of information, explains all types of community programs and benefits, and can provide assistance with applications to various programs, oftentimes in obtaining services from those respective agencies.

- Independent living options
- Homemaker/Personal care services
- Shine Program (Assistance with health insurance needs)
- Fuel Assistance (Helping seniors renew or apply for fuel assistance)
- SNAP (Food stamps)
- Meals on Wheels
- COA Food Pantry
- Van Transportation
- Counseling
- File of Life
- Emergency Code Red
