The Paxton Town Clerk is the custodian of the official records and documents of the Town. The Town Clerk issues birth, marriages and death certificates, dog licenses, business certificates and conducts the Town Census.
The Board of Registrars of Voters is comprised of four members. The Town Clerk is an ex officio member and the other 3 members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Clerk's Office/ Board of Registrars registers all voters and conducts elections in strict conformance with state law.
The Town Clerk's office is located in the Town Hall.
