*Normal Determination of Billing Demand
The Billing demand for each month shall be the greater of:
- The highest 15 minute integrated KW demand measured or adjusted for power factor in accordance with provisions set forth in this schedule during the month by the Department;
- 80 percent of the highest 15 minute integrated KW demand measured or adjusted for power factor during the preceding eleven (11) months; or
- Five (5) KW.
Any 15-minute demand occurring in the eleven (11) month period prior to the application of this schedule shall be considered as having been established under this schedule.
