Historic District Committee
The Historic District Committee was created through a Bylaw accepted at Town Meeting. This is a five member appointed board with three year terms that meet as needed.
Some of the work of the commission involves the following:
- Public Education as to the purpose of their committee
- Hold hearings to review applications and issue certificates of Non-Applicability or Applicability, Hardship etc.
- Hear appeals to their determination
